No. Pinpoint Construction advertises land clearing, forestry mulching, brush removal, mowing, and related vegetation-management services in Clark County. Excavation, grading, drainage, utility trenching, demolition, gravel construction, and complete site preparation must be completed by other qualified contractors.

Do you clear land for new homes?

We can clear approved homesites for construction by others. The property owner must obtain required permits, surveys, habitat reviews, wetland reviews, clearing limits, and other approvals before work begins.

Is a permit required for land clearing?

Permit requirements depend on the property, jurisdiction, vegetation, acreage, proposed use, critical areas, shorelines, soil disturbance, and whether the clearing is connected to development or a forest-practice conversion. The county or applicable city should be contacted before work begins.
